The Office of the Integrity Commissioner - Ontario Public Service is an Office of the Legislature and has the responsibility for receiving disclosures of wrongdoing by public servants in the following categories:
- Public Servants in ministers' offices
- Public Servants who feel that it is inappropriate to make an internal disclosure to their Ethics Executive
- Public Servants who are not satisfied that their internal disclosure is being dealt with appropriately
In conducting and administering the process, this office will ensure that the process is fair, timely and confidential. Public servants are encouraged to contact us in confidence with informal enquiries or if they wish to make a disclosure.
